are being tackled in two Executive
Forums organised by industry consultants,
Interchange Group.
The
organisation, leading experts in customer
service and CRM, has teamed up with
Peter Murray, a research fellow at
the Cranfield School of Management,
to examine how businesses can exploit
their CRM strategy to the full.
Together,
they will be looking at the issues
involved in ensuring ROI (return on
investment) and suggesting practical
steps which companies can take to
ensure they get the biggest bang for
their buck.
