Derbyshire-based
Interchange Group has successfully
retained its sought-after Investors
in People standard.
The
company, an e-business specialist
in customer relationship management
and service management, employs 95
number of people at its offices in
Lockington and Newport Pagnell.
Originally
recognised as an Investor in People
at its first attempt in 1998, the
business recently underwent re-assessment
and has now achieved the prestigious
standard for the second time.
Phillip
Jones, managing director of Interchange
