Norwich Union's Amanda Robinson struck it lucky recently when she won a combined television and video unit at the IT Service Management Forum's annual conference.

Amanda, who works as an IT services consultant at the company's Surrey Street offices, won her prize after visiting the Interchange Group stand at the show, which is the premier event for IT service management professionals.

She was presented with her prize by Stuart Gooderham, account manager at Interchange Group, specialists in e-business and service management.
